1. Our Services

The Services provide information and comparison content about fixed rate savings and bond products. Availability of products and eligibility criteria depend on provider terms. Content is for the UK market unless stated otherwise. If you access the Services from another location you are responsible for compliance with local law.

2. Financial information and no advice

Information on the Services is general information only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a personal recommendation. Rates, AERs, terms, and product details can change without notice. Always check details with the provider and consider seeking advice from a regulated financial adviser who can assess your circumstances.

We do not arrange or advise on regulated products. If we ever do, we will display the relevant FCA authorisation information on the Site. Nothing on the Services creates a client adviser relationship.

3. Commission and commercial relationships

We may receive fees or commission if you click through to a provider or take up a product. This supports our Service and does not affect the ranking rules we publish. Where a placement is sponsored we will label it as such.

4. Intellectual property rights

We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services. That includes the Site design, text, graphics, software, and other content (the "Content"), and any trade marks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks"). The Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trade mark law in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.

We grant you a revocable, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access the Services and to download or print reasonable portions of the Content for personal use or for internal business use.
